The larger the kernel the stronger the effect. Keep in mind that: The dimensions of the kernel must be odd. The kernels don't need to be squares. That the largest size allowed by picom is a 15x15 kernel. EDIT: I was able to use a kernel of 31x31 and got a stronger blur. building emergency lighting
