WebAug 25, 2024 · Task manager has nothing related to bitdefender in it, across all tabs. I opened the command prompt with admin rights to see if I had the uninstall tool located in there and I did not find anything. Not a single uninstall tool could find it on my pc. Typing in the windows search bar "APPWIZ.CPL" and finding it in there did not work. WebJul 7, 2024 · it seems that "Widgets" feature hadn't been properly installed with Windows 11 for me, because there is no option to add it to the taskbar and Win+W keys doesn't work. I already tried re-registering apps using powershell, without results. Do you have any idea how to fix this? This thread is locked.

WebNothing has fixed this for me. But when I go to Windows security icon, it says the system is protected by Bitdefender. Seems like a LOT of people complain about this for it to continue to be a non-feature or broken. I seemed to have fixed it by going to taskbar settings and going to select which icons appear on the taskbar.
