Should GeForce Now 1080p look as blurry as it does?

WebThe title basically says it all. I updated my Intel driver and also GeForce Experience and now my Battlefield One game looks really weird. Kind of blurry, as if it were through a filter. Pictures 1-4 show my settings and 5 shows a pic of gameplay (although I'm not sure if you can tell that it is blurry from the picture). WebSometimes it looks above decent, but when I move around or go fast in a game, it starts to get blurry, like when you watch a livestream and drops from 1080p to 720p.. In the GeForce now settings menu you change the resolution settings to a fixed 1080p and 60 frames a second (rather than the default which is "Auto" I belive).
