Charles Phillott was absent for most of the time as he held the livings of Badsey and Wickhamford in plurality with other parishes, including Frome (1818) and Teignmouth. He was born in 1774 in Bath and died in late November 1851 in Frome. He became Vicar of Badsey and of Wickhamford on 28th March 1808.
